YD Aims for Revival through Morning Prayers
Starting from Dec.15, YD sets up daily morning prayer time from 5:00 am to 5:45 am. YD prayer team and praise team cooperate together to lead the morning prayer.
On Dec15, many members arrived at YD Chapel at 4:50 am and prayed with the praise music. "As Christmas is approaching, I hope that my faith could experience a revival during this period through daily morning prayer," shared with a YD member.

New Year Devotion
As we flick the calendar to a new year, we come face to face with the fact that our days on earth are numbered. As the Psalmist wrote, “Teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.” No thoughtful person can approach New Year's Day without some introspection. We are reminded of the brevity of time. We also look back over our failures, mistakes, and missed opportunities, and vow that we will make better use of our time during the coming year.

YD Members Join the Christmas Retreat at Local Church
Young Disciple of Jesus (YD) members attended the Christmas retreat at a local church in San Francisco from Dec.25 to 27. Many members took this chance to serve, testify and join the special event held by the church such as the talent show on the second day.
The messages and Bible study delivered by the pastors were overflowing with the abundant grace and powerful love from God. Members' hearts were deeply touched by the explication of Philemon and also the preaching on salvation from Romans.

Mustard Seed Fellowship was planted in Georgia Institution of Technology
On December 11,“Mustard Seed Fellowship” was planted in Georgia Institution of Technology by YD missionary in Atlanta and Georgia Tech students.
YD pioneered Atlanta on August 18, 2009. The bible study students there thirst for the Word of God very much and study the Word diligently despite of tight school schedules.
