Letting Jesus into your boat
--Luke 5:1-3
In this passage, Jesus is standing on the shore of the Sea of Galilee speaking the Word of God to a crowd of people. As they crowded around him, he noticed two boats at the water's edge--one belonges to Simon Peter. He got into the boat and asked Peter topush out from crowd. Evidently, Jesus believed he could reach more people by using Peter's boat as a pulpit than by remaining on the shore.
The Sea of Galilee was Peter's workplace and the boat was one of the tools of Peter's trade. By allowing Jesus to enter his workplace and use his boat, the Words of God were amplified and extended to a broader audience.

A graceful fellowship at Dolores park
San Francisco - On July 26, ten YDUS members and Bible study students from SFSU held a graceful fellowship in the Dolores Park in San Francisco.
Under the shining sun light, the members started from SFSU to the Dolores Park. Members participated actively in the fellowship. Sister Amber brought the delicious food and prepared the praise and game. Sister Sophia brought the T-shirt for the painting.
The fellowship filled with joy and laugh, all the participators enjoyed from the sharing, praising, games, Bible study and drawing the T-shirt....

YD to Set Up Fellowship on Academy of Art University Campus
Beginning this year, YD mission will be extended to Academy of Art University campus located in the city of San Francisco. Several student volunteers from other campuses have begun spreading the gospel in Academy of Art University and making arrangements for group meetings.
The student volunteers hold high hopes for YD to be officially installed on campus by this Spring semester. YD has received much positive reactions from Academy of Art University students. Several students on campus have already expressed great interest in attending Bible studies and group meetings.
